1975 was the Clair Bee trophy winner as the Rider Athlete of the Year.  Graduated as Rider's winningest wrestler at 43-7-1 in dual meets.  Won his 126 pound weight class at the MAC Championships as a freshman won at 134 as a sophomore, junior and senior was an East Coast Conference (ECC) champion, the first year of the new conference. Was a three-time National qualifier.

One of only two Rider wrestlers to win four conference championships, his career mark of 43-7-1 represented a Bronc mark for victories (since broken).  As a junior, he starred in a 15-0-1 campaign, the first-ever-undefeated season for the wrestling program.  He appeared in three NCAA Tournaments.

NJSIAA State Champion 1970, becoming first major recruit to Rider. Inducted into NJSIAA Region 5 Hall of Fame. Inducted in Edison High School Athletic Hall of Fame.
