Pandolfini was the Northeast Conference Player of the Year and the Rider Athlete of the Year as a sophomore and led Rider in batting as a junior before signing a professional contract.  In just three seasons he compiled 177 hits and 122 RBI, both marks ranked in the Rider top 10, leading Rider to a pair of Northeast Conference Championships.
