Attended Central Regional High School…recorded 12 wins during his junior and senior seasons on the mound for the Golden Eagles while striking out 100 batters in 115 innings pitched with a 1.83 earned run average…starting pitcher in the Shore Coaches Association senior all-star game...winning pitcher in the Central Regional Ocean County Tournament Championship victory over Barnegat as a junior and played on the Carpenter Cup winning Jersey Shore team in 2014… as a senior he earned All-Division and All-Ocean County honors after earning Pitcher of the Year honors in Ocean County in 2014…also lettered in basketball.
