At Rider:
Finance major...as a junior, named to the MAAC All-Academic team, finished 21st in 26:15.0 at the MAAC Cross Country Championships, finished 52nd at the Fordham Fiasco, finished 96th at the IC4A Cross Country Championships, placed fourth in the 5000m (14:50.71) at the MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships, placed seventh in the 10,000m at the MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships...as a sophomore, at the Colonial Relays finished 14th in the 10000m (31:39.59)...at the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Indoor Championships placed fourth in the 5000m (15:09.92)...at 2010 MAAC Cross Country Championships was 35th in 26:37.8, helping the team finish third... placed 31st (27:32.32) at the Fordham Fiasco...as a freshman, placed sixth in the 1,500m (4:09.42) at the TCNJ Lions Invitational...ran 16:03.92 in the 5,000m at Larry Ellis Memorial Invitational...finished 73rd (27:33) at 2009 IC4A Cross Country championships, helping the team finish in eight place, Rider's best ever finish...was 38th (28:01.9) at the 2009 MAAC Cross Country championships.
At The Lasalle College High School:
Four-year Letter winner in both Cross Country and Track and Field...All-Philadelphia Catholic League senior and junior year...All-District 12...Captain of both Cross Country and Track and Field...Personal: son of William and Nora, older brothers William and Robert, younger brother Seamus and younger sister Gracie.
