Rider Basketball Announces Ticket Prices for 2010-11

Returning Season Ticket Holders to Avoid the Price Increase
LAWRENCEVILLE--Ticket prices for Rider men's and women's basketball games will increase slightly starting with the 2010-11 seasons Associate Director of Athletics for External Operations and Development/Senior Women's Administrator Karin Torchia announced today. Individual game tickets will increase to $12 (chairback), $10 (contour reserved) and $7 (general admission), up from $10, $7 and $6 in previous seasons.
"Despite the fact that we're increasing our game tickets slightly for the first time in over 10 years, Rider basketball is still the best family value in the tri-state area," said Torchia. "It's a great atmosphere complete with fan interaction and competitive basketball night in and night out and there's nothing like seeing a game in person in The Broncs' Zoo."
From July 15 - August 30 however, Rider Athletics is providing its previous season ticket holders with the opportunity to renew their season tickets at last season's prices if they are purchased within that timeframe. For additional information on the season ticket early renewal process and prices, please click on the link above. All renewed season tickets must be paid in full by August 30 or the new prices will be in effect.
Individuals who were not season ticket holders last year but would like to purchase season tickets for the upcoming year may not do so until September 1 and the increased pricing will be in effect at that time.Season ticket brochures and information for those wishing to purchase new season tickets will be available on this site in the next couple of weeks.
Additionally, Rider fans get an opportunity to purchase all-session tickets to the 2011 MAAC Basketball Championship being held at The Arena in Harbor Yard in Bridgeport, CT, March 3-7. All-session tickets go on sale October 26 for $99 and $59. Premium end zone and sideline seats also go on sale at that time. Individual game tickets go on sale to the general public on February 1.
