Wrestling
At NCAAs senior Rob Morrison (Mechanicsburg, Pa./Cedar Cliff) and sophomore Jim Resnick (Media, Pa./Penncrest)each won twice and  sophomore Zac Cibula (Luxemburg, Wis./Luxemburg Casco) won once.  Resnick beat the 10th seed in the opening round.

Track & Field
At ECAC/IC4A sophomore David Hightower (Easton, Pa./Easton) finished sixth in the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.09.  to earn All-East honors. The 4x400 relay of junior Ron Moore (Nashville, Tenn./John Overton), sophomore James Burroughs (West Orange), freshman Dave Brown (Ewing) and freshman Wilvenson Baptiste (Irvington) ran a Rider record time of 3:14.76 Burroughs also finished 12th in the 60m hurdles (8.32). Senior Christian Gonzalez (Somerset/Franklin Twp.) ran a 4:00.84 mile which is less than two seconds (3:59.00) short in order to be an automatic qualifier for the NCAA competition.

Softball
In the win over FDU junior Rachael Matreale (Williamstown) threw a complete game, recording eight strikeouts and allowed only one unearned run. Sophomore Alyssa Paul (Toms River/Toms River HS East) and freshman Laura Gallagher (Flanders/Mendham) each had two of Rider's seven hits with freshman Kehli Washington (New Rochelle, N.Y./New Rochelle) picking up two RBI.

At GW freshman James Buttermark (Staten Island, N.Y./Monsignor Farrell) had a three round total of 237 (79/81/77) to finish 25th out of 51 golfers.  Senior Brian Accorsini (Hopkinton, Mass./Hopkinton) shot a 240 (81/82/77) to finish 30th. Senior Jordan Wycoff (Fort Washington, Pa./Saint Stephen's Episcopal) placed 38th with a 241 (90/81/79). Senior Brent Wolgast (Bay City, Mich./Pendleton) was 39th with a total of 251 (81-83-87) with junior Chris Wolak (Issaquah, Wash./Hopkinton) finishing tied for 46th with a 262 (92/85/85).

Against Maine freshman Nick Crescenzo (Hammonton, NJ/Hammonton) was 5 for 10 with three RBI and three runs scored and earned MAAC Rookie of the Week. Senior A.J. Albee (Ashley, Pa./Hanover Area) was seven for 14 in the four-game series. Senior Nate Eppley (Dillsburg, Pa./Northern), sophomore Chris Taylor (Sterling, VA/Dominion) and junior Patrick Devlin (Richboro, Pa./Council Rock North) picked up the pitching victories.
