Spring Soccer Clinics at Rider
High School Clinic in February, Goalkeeper Clinic in May
Ben Cohen Field, Rider University's turf soccer field, will be the site of two upcoming clinics.
Sunday, February 26, the High School I.D. Clinic will take place at 10am and run to 2:30pm, with Registration at 9:45am and is open to all male high school students. The Clinic provides training by the Rider University men's soccer coaching staff on a "state of the art" training facility with on-site athletic trainers and hydration. The cost is $50.
The Rider University Goalkeeper Clinic will take place Saturday, May 12, beginning at 9am and running to 11:30am. Registration begins at 8:30am.
The Goalkeeper clinic is conducted by Charlie Inverso, the Head Coach at Rider University and the U.S. National Team (U15) Goalkeeper Coach.
The Goalkeeper Clinic is open to boys and girls ages 8 to 18 who are not yet playing on the college level and teaches on the beginning, intermediate and advanced levels. The clinic includes a 45 page GK Training Manuel and the cost is $50. For coaches who would like to attend the cost is $30.
For both the High School I.D. Clinic and the Goalkeeper Clinic participants are asked to bring their own soccer balls.
