The Rider University Swimming Coaching Staff and senior athletes will be hosting Start and Turn Clinics in June for local summer and age group swimmers between the ages of 7-17.  We hope to provide an opportunity for interested local swimmers to sharpen these important technical racing skills. 

The clinic will feature teaching and refinement of skills related to; forward starts, backstroke starts, relay exchanges, turns for freestyle and backstroke and open turns for breaststroke and butterfly.  Attendance will be limited to preserve the best possible athlete learning experience.  With small group and instruction, our goal will be to offer constructive feedback for all swimmers in attendance that can be "brought home" to apply to their training and racing right away.

Location: Rider University's Coppola Pool in the Maurer Center in Lawrenceville, NJ

Clinic Fees
$65 if registered by May 20
$85 after May 20
