Field Hockey
At Saint Francis sophomore Virginia Egusquiza (Getxo, Spain) scored the game-winning goal 9:49 into overtime after freshman Marlaine Schneider (Feasterville, Pa./Neshaminy) stole the ball and passed to Egusquiza. Senior goalie Lyndsie Johnson (Gibbsboro/Eastern) recorded her ninth shutout of the season to set a new Rider individual season record. At Robert Morris junior Margaret Ecke (New Egypt) scored twice and Egusquiza added three assists. Sophomore Megan Pisani (Plainsboro/W. Windsor Plainsboro-North) got Rider on the board just six minutes into the game off an assist from freshman Ellie LaBar (Oaklyn/Collingswood).

Against Saint Peter’s freshman Claire Thompson (East Greenwich, R.I./E. Greenwich) scored off of a rebound with nine minutes left in the second half after junior Lauren Musumeci (Annandale, N.J./North Hunterdon) hit the crossbar with a strike from 20 yards. Junior goalkeeper Alex Post (Chalfont, Pa./Central Bucks West) made one save for the shutout victory, her second shutout of the season and the sixth of her career. Against Manhattan freshman Abi Cottam (Leominster, England/Ludlow) compiled three assists. Freshman Demi Mello (Mattituck, N.Y./Mattituck), Lauren Musumeci, senior Natalie Sica (Marlton, N.J./Holy Cross) and senior Alison Brody (Alexandria, Va./West Potomac) scored. Freshman goalkeeper Jenn Nichols (Stratham, N.H./Exeter) made five saves and is now 3-2-1 in the Bronc nets.

At Marist freshman goalkeeper Matt Perrella (North Brunswick, N.J./N. Brunswick) made seven saves. At Siena junior Jim Bradley (Washington Twp., N.J./Washington Township) scored twice. Senior Nico Tramontana (Vineland, N.J./Sacred Heart) scored on a penalty kick to tie the score at 2-2.

Volleyball
The Broncs lost to Siena despite a career-high 14 kills from freshman Briana Wallace (Massapequa, N.Y./Massapequa) and 13 kills from junior Katelyn Thompson (Tucson, Ariz./Catalina Foothills). Against Manhattan junior Amanda Piccolini (St. Clairsville, Ohio/St. Clairsville) had 40 assists with senior Amy Jeary (Depew, N.Y./St. Mary's) adding 21 digs.

At the Penn State National Invite, moved to Lock Haven, junior Michael Soroko (Kinnelon) placed 17th of 130 runners, covering the 8k course in 25:49 and junior Christian Gonzalez (Somerset/Franklin Twp.) was 27th in 26:01 while sophomore Heather Giovagnoli (Royersford, PA/Spring Ford) covered the 6K course in 22:51. Junior Chelsea Callan (Hazlet/Raritan) was 78th in 23:07.

At Saint Peter’s sophomore Allison Clay (East Brunswick) was a double-winner, winning at fourth singles and teamed with junior Mallory Garbaravage (Little Egg Harbor/Pinelands Regional) to win at second doubles. Senior Kristina Paich (Stanhope/Lenape Valley Regional) won at first singles. Against Drexel freshman Milo Milosovici (Florence) won seven games at fifth singles.

Golf
At FDU graduate student Eric LeFante (Colts Neck) shot a 77 and finished in fifth place out of 59 golfers. LeFante had the lowest par four scoring average at plus one and tied for the most birdies in the first round with two. Junior Brian Accorsini (Hopkinton, Mass/Hopkinton) shot a 79 and tied for 11th, junior Jordan Wycoff (Fort Washington, Pa./Saint Stephen's Episcopal) shot an 80 to tie for 17th, junior Brent Wolgast (Bay City, Mich./Pendleton) shot an 84 (tied for 28th) and senior Kevin Krecicki (Hamilton/Nottingham) shot an 86 and tied for 36th place.

At Seton Hall junior Brianna Burke (Chestnut Ridge, NY/Spring Valley) won the 200 free, the 100 free and the 50 free, freshman Kelly O’Connor (Beverly, Mass./Beverly) won the 200 ‘fly and the 200 backstroke and swam on the winning 200 medley relay with sophomore Kori Kraus (Mays Landing/St. Joseph’s), freshman Steph Anderer (Nesconset, NY/Smithtown) and   junior Raquel Riestra (Plainsboro/W.W. P. North).   Senior Kellyanne Tomasula (Sussex/Vernon Twp.) won the 100 backstroke, 100 ‘fly and the 200 individual medley . Senior Scott Player (Chino Hills, CA/Ruben S. Ayala) won the 50 free, the 100 free and the 100 fly. Senior Amanda Burke (Churchville, PA/William Tennent) won both the 1-meter and 3-meter dives. Freshman Addie Oswald (Henderson, Nev./Green Valley) won the 1,000 free and the 500 free. Senior Paul Apostolakis (Brooklyn, NY/Fort Hamilton) won both the 1-meter and the 3-meter dives.  Freshman Johnny Funk (Las Vegas, Nev./SE Career and Tech) won the 100 backstroke and the 200 backstroke and freshman Brian Molloy (Toms River/Toms River East) won the 200 free.
