Alumni and Fan Reception
at MAAC Tournament in Springfield

The Rider University Office of Alumni Relations, in conjunction with the Department of Athletics, will host an alumni and fans reception at Samuel's Tavern in Springfield, Massachusetts prior to the men's basketball quarterfinal game of the 2012 MAAC Basketball Championships.

The free reception will take place Saturday, March 3 starting at 12:30 p.m. Fans can register online by visiting http://alumni.rider.edu/registration. The reception features complementary appetizers and a cash bar. Join us two hours prior to any subsequent men's or women's game in the tournament all weekend as long as Rider keeps advancing.

Samuel's Tavern, which is attached to the Basketball Hall of Fame, is also the official fan headquarters for the Broncs during the MAAC Championships. Be sure to visit Samuel's Tavern's website for directions and information by visiting www.samuelstavern.com.

Immediately following the reception on Saturday, fans should make their way to the MassMutual Center for the men's basketball quarterfinal game against Fairfield at 2:30 p.m. Tickets for this game can be purchased through the Rider Athletics Ticket Office by calling 609-896-5054.
