At Rider:
Secondary Education/Liberal Studies major...two-time Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference All-Academic honoree…as a junior was the Rider Athlete of the Month in November, the fourth time he won the award in his career…at Rider he has run the 1500 outdoor in 3:59.80, the 800m indoor in 2:02.38, the mile indoor in 4:20.72, the 3k indoor in 8:27.47, the 5k indoor in 14:37.12 and the 10k outdoor in 30:22.60…last fall he was a medalist at the IC4As, placing 11th of 88 runners and earned All-MAAC honors when he placed seventh at the conference championships…during the 2013-14 Indoor Track season he placed eighth in the 5k and during the Outdoor season he placed third in the MAAC 10k and ninth in the MAAC 5k…as a sophomore placed fifth at the IC4A Cross country championships to earn All-East honors...placed fifth at the 2012 MAAC Cross Country Championships to earn All-MAAC honors for the second time in two years...placed 31st of 170 at the NCAA Cross Country Regional, covering the 10,000 meters in 31:12...during the 2012-13 indoor season, won the 3000-meter run in IC4A qualifying time of 8:27.47 at the Army 6-Way…placed fourth in the 5,000m with a time of 14:55.76 at the MAAC Championships…in the outdoor season, placed second in the 10,000m in a time of 31:55.27 at the MAAC Championships as Rider won the team title…was 15th in the 10,000 meter run with a time of 31:26.62 at IC4As…as a freshman finished 13th at the MAAC Cross Country Championships earning All-MAAC honors, won his first collegiate race at the TCNJ Blue/Gold Classic in a time of 15:55.9, finished 14th out of 382 runners at the Paul Short Invitational, placed third in the 10,000m in 30:53.49 at the MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships, placed sixth in the 5000m in 14:57.24 at the MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships.
