Secondary Education/History major…twice a Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference All-Academic honoree…has run the 800m outdoor in 1:56.22, the 1500m outdoor in 3:56.17, the mile indoor in 4;14.25, the 3,000m indoor in 8:25.47 and the 5,000m outdoor in 15:84.74…as a junior placed ninth at the Princeton Cross country Invitational, covering the 8k in 25:42…placed third in the 3,000 at the MAAC Indoor Championships last winter and competed in the IC4A Championships…placed 13th in the 5,000m at the MAAC Outdoor Championships last spring…as a sophomore  was the second Bronc to finish the 2012 MAAC Cross Country Championship race, finishing 17th overall despite a knee injury...was the third Bronc and the 92nd of 170 to finish the 2012 NCAA Cross Country Regional...was second among Rider runners at the 2012 Paul Short Run...during the 2012-13 indoor season placed eighth in the 3000m with a time of 8:51.98 at the MAAC Championships…during the 2013 outdoor season was part of the 4x800 relay team that finished first and broke the MAAC Championship record (7:35.99), helping Rider to the team title and also placed fourth in the 1500m (3:58.12) at MAACs…as a freshman finished 19th at the MAAC Cross Country Championships in 26:13.2...finished 82nd at the IC4A Cross Country Championships...was part of the distance medley relay that placed runner-up at the 2012 MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships...was also fifth in the mile at the 2011-12 MAAC Indoor Championships...placed fourth in the 1500m in 3:56.17 at the 2012 MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
