Marketing major...made 20 appearances in relief as a rookie, third most on the team...held opponents to a .176 batting average, best on the team...25 strikeouts in 24.2 innings...struck out eight in five innings to pick up his first career win against Princeton.

At Dallastown Area High School:
Was named the YAIAA Division I Player of the Year as a senior, compiling a 6-2 record and a 1.24 earned run average while batting .396, leading his team to the Division Championship...also played varsity basketball in high school, earning the Unsung Hero Award...was a member of the Future Business Leaders of America and won first place in a Regional competition, fifth place in the State competition.
