NCAA Trenton Regional Named Saturday/Monday Site
Edison, NJ - The 2013 NCAA Division I Women's Basketball Trenton Regional, hosted by the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) and Rider University, will be played on Saturday, March 30 and Monday, April 1 at the Sun National Bank Center in Trenton, N.J.
The MAAC and Rider co-hosted the same event in 2009 with the Sunday/Tuesday format.
"The opportunity to host the regional doubleheader on a Saturday is a big advantage for Trenton as it seeks to increase attendance and attract more fans to the site," said MAAC Commissioner Richard J. Ensor. "It will be an exciting day of college hoops, and the arena staff and the Local Organizing Committee will provide many family friendly pricing options and various group sales options."
"Rider is excited to once again partner with the MAAC, the Sun National Bank Arena, Mercer County, and the Mercer County Sports and Entertainment commission to bring a quality NCAA Women's Basketball Championship event to the area," said Rider Director of Athletics Don Harnum. "Getting the Saturday date for the doubleheader will certainly make this a high demand ticket."

Customers must provide an email address at the time of purchase as tickets will be reserved in your name, but will not be printed until after January 1, 2013. The Sun National Bank Center Box Office will send an email after January 1, 2013 with more information on how to acquire hard tickets.
