2016-17
- Had five top-two finishes at the MAAC Championships as Rider finished second overall for the second year in a row.
- Was part of both the 200 medley relay and the 400 medley relay that won gold at the MAAC Championships.
- Individually, she came in second in the 200 individual medley, second in the 100 breast and second in the 200 breast.
- Her times in the 200 IM was the sixth-fastest in program history at the MAAC Championships and her time of 1:05.44 in the 100 breast at the MAAC Championships was the third-quickest in Rider history.

2015-16
- Had five top-four finishes at the MAAC Championships as Rider finished in second-place overall.
- Was part of the 200 medley relay that took home gold and the 400 medley relay that finished in second at the conference championships.
- Individually, she came in second the 200 individual medley, second in the 100 breast and fourth in the 200 breast at the MAAC Championships.
- Her time in the 100 breast at the event (1:04.54) was a new Rider record and her time in the 300 breast fourth the second-fastest in Rider history, while her mark in the 200 IM was the fifth-quickest mark in program history.

2014-15
- As a freshman swam her best 200 IM (2:10.26) at the 2015 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Championships
- Swam her best 100 breast (1:07.46), 200 breast (2:26.89) and 400 IM (4:38.94) at the Brown University Invitational.
- Swam her top time in the 100 back (1:03.19) against Marist and 200 back (2:17.52) against Maryland Baltimore County.

BEFORE RIDER
Attended Perry Hall High School... Swam for the club team NBAC while in high school, earning Maryland top 10- times in the 100 back, 200 IM, 400 IM and 100 breast.

PERSONAL
Majoring in Business Administration…hobbies include painting, drawing, taking pictures and making funny videos…daughter of Curtis and Jean Runk…older sister Gabrielle…father was a national wrestling champion for the Maryland School for the Deaf…her club team is the training facility to several Olympic Athletes including Michael Phelps, Allison Schmidt, Scott Spann and Katie Hoff.
